Ts Dr. Muzzammil is an experienced educator and C-suite executive professional. He holds a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Urban and Regional Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and obtained an MSc in Real Estate and Planning from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh. He is also a doctoral graduate (PhD) in Geography from Durham University, U K.
